The robust performance in the 1st debate by Mr Clegg last week saw an increase in support for the Liberal Left wingers , turning the election into a real 3 pony race.
But he added : I’m bit scared. You believe, ‘I had better not screw it up then’.
Mr Cameron dropped hints that he would break some of the 76 rules which may be ruling tonight’s broadcast on Sky Reports to get his points across.
He said : I have a dislike to lecterns. I like as little distance between you and the people you’re talking to. There are a few things formulaic.

Mr Cameron said that he was more prepared to criticize the Liberal Left wingers .

They’ve got some really untidy policies and the more folk who see them will agree.
Asked if Mr Clegg could be rattled, given the vital focus now being applied the LibDems, Mr Cameron announced : he will need to cope for himself but I’ll do my bit.
